We have decided to change payments to £30 each quarter.
Pam will collect the subs on the first Monday in January, April, July and October.
To bring us into line with this, if everyone is agreeable instead of paying again today (subs are due now), I will add the three sessions for March onto the April payment, so first week of April we will pay £39 each. Thereafter, we will pay £30.(July and October) which will cover us for the year.
Members pay the full subscription rate, even if they are unable to attend all meetings. These subscriptions cover hall hire, coffee/tea etc, and other miscellaneous expenses.
The subs also cover some visiting tutors for workshops, usually about three per year. All members are invited to attend these workshops(no extra charge).
